GOT POWER STATION?
Do you recognize it?
It’s the Battersea Power Station, a decommissioned coal-fired power station located on the south bank of the River Thames, in Battersea, South London.
It has become famous for its use in the cover of Animals, a famous album of Pink Floyd with a big pink pig ballon floating on it, adn as set for several movies and series.
It’s a fuckin monument.
And it’s gonna get demolished.
And I haven’t fuckin already seen it in person.
(below some shots of a reconstruction of the scene become famous for the Pink Floyd’s album cover, with the pink pig back in action)
